Hi all,
I am seeking for help here...I took Ielts general training test for my EE application on December 14th at ELS language Centre ( 36 Victoria Street Toronto). The result was delayed and I received email saying the result was ready for pick up on Jan 6th 2020. I immediately went to IDP Education Canada at 700 Lawrence Square Ave. Unfortunately, the staff told me they already mailed all letters on last Friday (Jan 3rd 2020) via Canada post. I live in heart core area of downtown Toronto. I couldn't think of any reasons why it took more than 3 business days (today is Jan 8th 2020) and still couldn't get delivered.
I highly suspected it gets lost by Canada post because there is no tracking number.
What should I do now...just wait or order a replacement? I know everyone only has one chance to order replacement and the way how it works via Canada post makes me feel very unsecured...
Did anyone take the same test with me and did anyone still waiting for their results?
