My husband name is different in canada and in pakistan

Hi,
I got married in pakistan last year.my husband hv only Canadian PR, he is living in ontario. My husband cheated me in every step, i jst need a suggestion what can i do? His name is different in canada and on marriage agreement hs name is different which we know,after marriage we got all these things dat his is nt using his real name in canada and he has already girlfriend and child which he never disclose to me n my family...he hide lots of things wd us, now i want to get divorce from canada and want spousal support from him,but issues is his name is change on our marriage agreement...he cheated me.
Currently i am living in bahrain with my parents...please suggest me which type of case i can file and how, i am in trouble plz help...

Since you were married in Pakistan and your ex used that name there, couldn't you file the divorce in Pakistan and request spousal support from him? In fact, I know many people use one name in one country and use another name in the other country. Both names are real and legal...

Thank u for the reply...if my marriage agreement on same name which he is using in canada, can i get spousal support or not?can i file a cheating or fraud case???
