My Grand parents want to sponsore there son 32 years old

Hi!
We are from Quebec, my grand parents want to sponsore there son 32 years old.
1- If possible? If no there is another way?
2- Do they need income? From I read Canada Imigration "No", and Quebec as family reunion "No" either, can I (son in law) apply as cosign in application for support?
