Ok, so, my girlfriend got accepted in a master's degree course in Montreal, and we are going to marry October 3rd, but her director wants her to apply for her permit next week, because she's planning for her to go in December.
My question is: We wanted to go together, since we're really, really close, can she add me as her spouse while her student permit is being analyzed or should we wait for her to go there to then update her status?
Also, regarding me: Should she, as soon as we have our marriage documents ready, add me in her permit so i can go with her (and possibly get a open work pemit), or should i enter as a visitor (i only need the EtA, since i'm from Brazil, but have Spanish citizenship and passport) and then, after being there, try to get my open work's permit?
