Reason given was they didn't think she would leave when visa expired !!!!
She included a letter of invitation from me as well as 10 year work history as well as having all her family in Thailand. Her parents were going to take care of her young child while she went.
The only thing we forgot to include was a land title certificate for a small acreage she owns clear title. Would this make a big difference in the outcome if she reapplied with this document ??? She never had a passport until recently and had never travelled outside Thailand before. In the past 3 weeks now has been to Cambodia and Vietnam and returned back to Thailand! Very afraid to apply again if the outcome is the same.....we were both devastated with the thought of not seeing each other again for another year or more as I cannot just fly back again soon.
Any good advice would be most appreciated!

I have heard that it's very hard to get a visit visa to Canada at the embassy in Thailand. There was a Canadian woman on here who was residing in Thailand with her Thai husband and kids. They wanted to be able to visit her family in Canada together and had applied more than once showing that they were settled in Thailand as a family and only wanted to take a vacation and her husband was always refused. In the end, she was at the point she was going to sponsor him for PR instead.
