Hi, so my girlfriend is a visa international student in Canada, she is in her first semester of college, she only been here for about 5 months, and I’m a domestic student studying in college, we recently find out that she’s pregnant, we want to know that when she deliver the baby , will the government send her back to her country?, can she take a break from school ?,can she continue on her education after taking a break from school, What will happen to the baby?

You need to talk with the college concerned regarding the break. The government will not do anything by force, however if she withdraws from her college then she will have to leave Canada, or she has to change to visitor status. Canada follows Jus Soli for giving it's citizenship and the baby would be a Canadian citizen, but that would not help your girlfriend's status.
