My girlfriend recently travelled to canada on 28th December 2015. She too an indian. Right now on study visa.
We where in relationship past 9 years.
Now can i apply for a visitor visa for multiple entery.?
Once in every 2 to 3 months to visit her stay few days and return. ? Kindly assist me im confused by the option tourist or visitor. .

You can certainly apply - whether the TRV is approved will be an entirely different matter. To be approved, you will have to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
