My friend's appeal was dismissed

Hi guys:

Waiting for nearly 1 year, my friend received his appeal decision this week, he was dismissed.

What he could do for his asylum?

Could he wait for 1 years , after that he apply for Pre-removal risk assessment ?

He plans to skip to the Federal Court review.

Your friend no longer has any status in Canada. His claim for asylum has been denied. He has no valid grounds for asylum His removal order is now in effect and he should anticipate CBSA will be in contact to process his removal shortly. He should start settling any outstanding affairs in Canada before he leaves. It unlikely CBSA will allow him to remain for a year.
