My friend is working as a customer service rep for a cell phone company here in Canada and has been working for one year..Before he moves to saskatchewan in Hopes of a PR he want to know if he would qualify in Ontario under Canadian experience class.

His NOC is 1433 which is under category C but hes wondering if he can apply under the NOC 1212. Please guys let me know so I can tell my friend what to do. I have no clue about the NOC codes.

He would have to be a supervisor the entire year (assuming he also graduated iwith a degree) to apply under 1212 in the post-graduate stream, or 2 years for the skilled worker stream.

CEC is a national program, not provincial. Irrelevant that the experience is in Ontario. Your friend could also look into the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for Ontario, Opportunities Ontario...
