My Father name is different on passport and NIC and my academic documents

Hi ,

I am planning to apply for Express entry. However I have few queries

1. My father name on my passport and NIC is different than my academic documents ,like on my academic documents his name is
Muhammad Ali Jawaid but on my Passport and NIC it is Ali Jawaid

2. What if there is a change of spelling in father name, on one of my wife's document.
In five documents it is
Areeba Younos
and in one document it is
Areeba Younus

I am from Karachi, Pakistan

would it become a problem during the immigration process and one more question.
