Hi, I am during the process of getting a liscence to work in one of the provinces in Canada. there is a spelling mistake of my family name on my PR card and the mistake was based on the same mistake of my passport with which I applied for immigration; my credentials, baptist and marriage certificates all carry the correct spelling; when I went to the website of CIC for amendment of form IMM 5292, it says that in my situation because the visa was issued on the passport with the wrong name so PR card will not be changed, but for liscencing proceedure they need amendment of PR card what should I do? ?? your opinion is apreciated
