I took this time to write a summarized version of my experience, to make a small contribution to this wonderful message board. Without the help of the people who answered my questions when I received a NER, my process would have been prematurely cut short. This process for many people, through no fault of their own, is long, tedious, and expensive. It requires a lot of patience to persevere. The people that generously post extremely helpful information, should be commended. Thanks again and good luck to all that are still waiting.
