My ESL Student Received his COPR - What Next?

My ESL student (from Poland) received his COPR from Ottawa today. He can't cross the border into the US since he doesn't have a US visa. How does he go about getting his COPR validated? Thanks.

Hi Jim, that's easy.

You go to border by land (drive). Canadian border exit. 200meters from canadian border u will see american border. U will ask for the form denial of entrance then come back to Canada Boom Everything works

I did it at port Regway with Student Permit
