I have got express entry invitation, my score is 495. I am software developer. My work experience is as for 1 year 2 months in my previous company (I have experience letter for this) and 5 months in my current company which I showed in express entry. My current company looks like not doing well and I am afraid they will close the company. I am afraid that what happens if they won't give me experience letter?

I also want to switch the company but I am afraid that my invitation will be cancelled if I move the company.
Other thing I can do is to decline the invitation and find new job and remove the experience of the current company, should I do that or not? Does it affect my application (As, in new Tax assessments my tax return will be shown up for the current company too).

One more thing, if company lay off me, and I don't find new job, does that still make me eligible to apply for the PR?

What should I do? I am confuse and scared like a hell.

Your experience from the previous company is enough and since you can proof it. You have met the min. requirement of 1 year of skilled work.

You don't need to include your current experience, after getting ITA, you can move such experience into "personal history".

You can simply just use the experience from the previous company. IMO, you don't need to worry about your current company closing down on anything. CRS 495 using just 1 year of skilled work is a good score already. You should get ITA soon.

Thanks for the reply.

So If remove my current employer's work experience, doesn't it make my profile incomplete as I am not providing CIC my up to date information?

You don't need to remove it from your EE for now. It's up to you.

ok, So I will keep my both employer details before getting ITA.

But After getting ITA, when I fill all the details again for PR, I will only show previous employer details. Current employer I will put in personal history section.

You can move it to personal history and write a LOE explaining why. As you already have an ITA you must ensure that this move does not reduce your score (I don't think it should, but you must check for yourself) Good Luck!

Also, you are fine if it reduces your score but doesn't fall below 468 which was the lowest CRS in this round of invitations) Good Luck!
