I had applied for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled worker , and my application form received to Sydney before 26 June , now my email has been hacked , what shroud I do? I can't apply again because my NOC had omitted ...what should I do now? I wrote a letter and send it to Sydney...I can not remember my second security question.... how can I inform them ? how can I get my file number????

Hi Sheila,

Call them:

You need to call at 16139444000 and then select options in this sequence 1...2...1...2....1

You would be placed in queue and after 5-10 minutes, your call would be attended by someone. The person would ask for client id. Since you don't have it, provide your name and DoB and then ask for your status & client id.
