my EIGHT months OVER.....what to write them .........plz help

my dear waiting MEMBERS for IMMIGRATION

i got last letter dated 20th may , 2011 that URS DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED TO LONDON OFFICE , UR FILE NUMBER CHANGED , ETC.
In last they informed that if you are not getiing any reply from cic, london after 8 months form the date of this latter , kinldy write to us.
So please informed me wat kind of details i shud write to them. shud i email them or fax them the letter ?

Send them a case specific enquiry about the status of your application. You could state the date you last heard from them and wanted to find out what is happening with you application. Don;t forget to include your file number. Follow this link:
