I have job offer in Canada. I had LMIA certificate. I received PR invitation also. But after submit all documents three months later my EE profile was rejected by CIC due to LMIA certificate expired.
My LMIA certificate was an active when i applied for PR. Due to long processing time it was expired. They have mentioned your LMIA certificate got expired, this is the reason for rejected EE file.
Is it possible to 're open this file? If I have chance to submit new LMIA and new job offer letter.
