My designation "Operation Lead Specialist”, and my duties are matching to NOC 0213 duties
have total 3.5 year exp and out of that 1.5 years under 0213 ,But my designation is not have the word" Manager"

Can I apply under 0213 NOC.?
If so what all Doc I need to attach with my Application from as a prof To CIC
like (Salary slip, Experience latter ,etc)

As Commonwealth suggested, do not get bugged-up with the 'designation' thing. Once your JD matches with the 0213, u'll sail thru successfully.

About the docs to be added to strengthen your case, we have dealt it many a times over this great forum. Just click 'search' & u'll get all your answers. Some of the docs could be:
1. A self-written JD, if it is not there in your appt letter/ref letters.
2. An Org Chart, mentioning your position.
3. Your business card & that of your immediate superiors.
4. Your job emails/letters/reports/SOPs/Manuals etc. [explaining your nature of duties].
5. On-Job Pictures.
6. Appreciation/Promotion letters.
7. And many more... as much as u can...

I have a L1A Job description from a leading consultancy firm in India. I have been on this visa for the last 6 years. On the company letter head the HR would mention all my PM duties. Has any one tried their US visa documents as proof?

Qorax, Those will surely strengthen the application quality.
I want to know, I got a small team that I manage and My Company is very small, like no more than 20 Employees. Dont you think giving all those things to CIC would make them think that I manage a small team yet so many duties I perform, How !

As they dont want most of the things you mentioned, dont you think for me it would be wise not to send additional stuffs other than they want?
