- Responsible for Monitoring ,Troubleshooting and Maintaining all aspects of xxxxxx Voice and Data networks
- Interface with other telcos to report network troubles , completeness follow up to ensure problem resolution
-documents all problems reported through Trouble ticketing system
-Communitcates network Outages to appropriate Departments
-Monitor existing gateway sites and resolves any troubles found as quickly as possible to ensure minimal interruption of service to xxx customers
