I was refused a study permit based on the following
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

I do not have any family in Canada and I’m trying to reapply .. but all my documents weren’t returned .. how do I get them back and do I need to provide new documents or just continue with the previous one especially the bank statement of my sponsor ?

Your documents are never returned (except your passport) so you need to provide new ones.

The sentence "family ties in Canada and in your country of residence" means, in your case, that you have too weak family ties in your country of residence.
