my daughter and i passed the medical, mi wife still missing. Very tense! pls hlp

Hello, the profile of me and my daughter says ''passed'' on the medical, i was first and a week later my daughter was updated. but my wife's still says ''your action is required'' and we all did the medical test the same day. Can somebody please help me understand, since we are nervous. We want to know if this is normal. We are from the dominican republic and the process should take around 6 weeks. This week will be our 4th. We took the medical 2 weeks ago.
