My CRS score is zero / it is showing that i am not eligible for express entry pool

When I tried to lodge my application for express entry pool it is showing me that i am not eligible and also my crs score is zero, i have masters degress in electrical engineering , IELTS 8,7.5,7,7 and i have experience as a chef as part time for 8 months and full customer serive supervisor for 2 years 4 months and 1.5 part time customer service supervisor and currently i am working a software enginer( its been one month) and i have my ECA as well from WES, and i am currently in australia.
I am not sure what went wrong. can guys help me in this.

So you have ECA from WES for masters equivalency, recent IELTS scores, and one year continuous, full-time, skilled work experience in a NOC A, B or 0 job. How old are you? If so you must be answering a question wrong. You will have to post screenshots taking out personal information.
