My CRS score is 418

I have a CRS score of 418. It may be difficult to get a direct EE invite. Can someone please help me with information on PNP. How does it work. Do I have to apply seperately or does the EE takes care of it. And finally what will be my chances.

I am having a CRS score of 418 too. I am a Software Engineer by profession. Would like to know more about chances for EE invitation.
