Yes my bad, I mis-read what you agreed upon.

The point I was trying to make is that the points actually don't really mean a lot when you take a look at my "human capital"

I should be close to the top of the pool and not struggling to get an ITA

Well Canada always favor who ever worked/studied in Canada, and well aware of the culture.

Iam from bangalore India

We have submitted express entry profile in pool on Feb 5th 2020. CRS 381 only NOC 1223 HR and recruitment.
MBA and 5years experience. IELTS 7

It's difficult and not possible to do anything now. Is there anything positive potions to get ITA in future.?


Also if once the profile in EE do we need to apply in Any other programs or pilot program in different websites or is it same express entry profile pool is sufficient for all please advise
