My CRS is 438, and NOC is 2173. What are my chances of getting PR? Should I do PGDip part-time to increase my score? Or should I go with PNP?

Alberta but they don’t publish NOCs is one option or Ontario but your score may be too low. Doing another Masters would improve your score as long is it is approved.
