My client want to hire me full-time via LMIA

Hi everyone,
I am a newbie here. I have very important questions, If I can get an appropriate answer from the experts that will be a great help to me.

I have a client from Vancouver, BC, Canada. He is now a permanent citizen of Canada and owns his own business. I have been working for him since 2013 as a freelancer. Now he wants me to hire full-time and bring me to Canada as I am the most experienced person who has been working for his company since so long. He can't hire someone else as other workers won't be able to understand the job responsibility the company need or it will take the new worker a long time to understand the situation.

In this regards, How my client will proceed to apply for LMIA? As LMIA will ask employers to post job ad. on different medium etc.
My client won't hire any other employee except me so in this situation what will be the best way for my client to apply for me?

He needs to follow the LMIA instructions and start by advertising the job for at least a month. The fact he will only hire you doesn't change the LMIA process. Your employer must still go through all of the steps to be approved.
