MY CIC says Application approved but no document?!

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for a study permit for myself which I got it but for my spouse and two children's OWP and SP, on MY CIC it says Application Approved and Closed but there is no confirmation or Port of Entry letter?!

Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Should I expect something to be mailed to me?

where did you apply from.

you should get an email for passport submission if you applied overseas and if you apply inland then they would mail you a secure document in 6 weeks.

I am in UK and applied online, that is actually my concern cause they did not provide me with any letter!
