Hello everyone. This is my first message on this forum and I hope to find answer to my question.
I recently applied for a tourist visa online, created my CIC account and was able to check it without any problems. Starting about 2 days ago I cant seem to log in, it keeps telling my my ID or password are incorrect and locks me out for 24 hours. Resetting my password didnt work either, even tho I answer all my recovery questions correctly. I should be getting my visa decition very soon and this makes me panic. What should I do? Where do I call?
