i got locked out of my cic account after multiple wrong security questions. i can log in to my gc account but it does not let me go past that page. what should i do? is the lock permanent or for 24 hours only?
incase of making a new account and linking the application number to it, can i use the old email id (which was used to make the old account that got locked)?
