Hi,
This is regarding my spouse sponsorship.
My children which two of them over 20 yrs old and one of them is 17 yrs. they refuse to cooperate and don’t want to come to canada and want to stay with my ex-wife. Do I need to fill additional family information form and Schedule A background forms on their behalf or no need to fill and just declare that they are not cooperating?

You can still declare them, however state they will not be accompany you now or in the future. Usually they want a medical for them regardless. But I believe if you state they will never be sponsored in the future by you then it's ok. That is what I've seen others do. Some may still get med requests....But you can re-iterate that you have no plans to sponsor them ever due to the fact they don't want to co-operate.
