Hi, I have searched online for a bit but couldn't find anything related. Therefore I decide to see if anybody can give me some advise here.
I had a 3 years PGWP and it was expired on 2022, May 30 and I use this open work permit work for my current employer for 2+ years. On 2022, April My current employer helped me applied for LMIA(a postive LMIA is already issued) and I used this LMIA to apply for closed work permit for my current employer(still on progess now..). Therefore, right now I am in implied status since I submited my closed work permit application before my PGWP expired. On October I received my EE ITA and I have already accepted it with the extra 50 points from my postive LMIA(but I am still on implied status and the closed work permit is not issued yet). I am a little bit worried about if my closed work permit not being issued in time will affect my EE application. Does anybody know if I am in trouble or what I can do in this case？I really appreciated for any helps.
