my canada tourist visa application is showing contiue even after visa fee and biometric payment

Please has anyone experienced this problem?
I have uploaded all required documents for a tourist visa and proceeded to pay for visa and biometric fee but when i login to my IRCC account portal, it's showing continue application and it still takes me back to sign, transmit and pay page.
Please, I need help.
