My Brother's visa

Hello Experts

Please advise what should we do ?

My brother wants to apply visa for Canada. He lives in India .I am canadian citizenand living in Alberta with my husband.Please help how he can apply to come to Canada . What is the right way to apply. His detail are :


Age 30 yr
Academics 1)Graduation in Arts
2) One year diploma in
Hardware networking
IELTS Band Score Overall 6.0 ( July 2015 )
L6.0 S 6.0 R 6.5 W5.0

Work = working as supervisor in store from 2012 to at present

Medical= in 2010 he met with an accident and got cervical injury c4,c5 ,right leg tibia recovered in feb 2011 now he is not under any treatment .

As mentioned in your other post, you cannot sponsor your brother. He will have to qualify for PR on his own.

Your brother should begin researching economic immigration streams such as Express Entry and the Provincial Nomination programs. He can find detailed information about these programs here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

It does appear his language scores are too low (he should score a minimum of 6 in each IELTS category). To start, I would recommend he retake IELTS and acheive a higher score. He will also need to have his education officially assessed and should start this process as well.

exactly. You cannot sponsor him in Family Class.
