My application was sent back to me but I did not receive it !!

Hope you are doing well
Here is my problem and I really need an answer.I sent my application (Study Permit) a month ago to the immigration in VEGREVILLE by Fedex for one way :'( I totally forgot to tell them I need it round mail or whatever.Anyways I called the immigration to check the status of my application and they told me that they sent my application on May 12th and today is May 21th and I did not receive anything.

Please tell me what should I do.I have called the immigration soo many times but they didn`t answer !!

if its through snail mail than it can take some time to reach you. By the way where are you from? and did you inquired from them the mode of mail (courier or snail mail)

make sure you use a courier service to send it

No I don`t think that I inquired the mode of mail, I just sent by Fedex on one way. I am from Saudi.
