My application is stuck in the backlog. What should I do??

I've applied for visitor visa from Pakistan, and my biometic was completed in April 2023, and till now I'm still waiting for my response. My background check was completed, and it's been a month. Anybody here who faces the same issue or anyone who guides me through this particular issue, I'm too worried!
