My application got rejected more that 90 days back, Can I make a new EE profile and submitted?

Hello all,

As the topic says, my application got rejected more than 90 days back because of incomplete date on my Pakistan PCC (it did not cover my whole days spent in Pakistan.

MyCIC initial profile details are under my previous immigration consultant control. Can I make a new IRCC profile from scratch and submit a new EE application? Or I need to obtain my previous log-in details and re-submit a new EE application?
