I am currently employed with Jetblue Airways in Jamaica. So I decided to apply to Seneca for a diploma in Tourism Management Travel Services Specialization. I got my offer letter and paid my first semester fee. I use to study logistics but discontinued. I applied for my study permit alone and used my husband, son, house and business as home ties. I showed 29,000CAD as proof of funds. I had a sponsor(aunt in the US) who showed 10,000CAD from the 29,000CAD. I had another sponsor (aunt in Canada) who is providing accommodation. I also submitted a character reference letter from my manager. I have traveled to the US multiple times I have never overstayed. I did J1 work and travel program once.
My refusal states that I will not leave Canada based on my personal assets and financial status and that I will not leave Canada based on my purpose of visit.
