My AOR is Nov 2020. I don't want to immigrate until Jan 2022. What are my options other than soft-landing?

I don't want to immigrate until Jan 2022.
What are my options other than soft-landing?

AOR - November 2020
Medicals - March 2020
Biometrics - January 2021

Medicals shows as "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes." in MyCIC.

- Since my Medicals already expired, will I be asked to take it again?
- If I take it again is it a guarantee the COPR validity will be 1 year after the medical?
- The PR and the days stayed in Canada count only starts after I enter Canada and activate the PR, correct?

P.S: I understand those with Nov 2019 AOR still haven't received the COPR but I am asking this question to just know whether if there is something I can do to make sure I don't have to travel before 2022.

We have similar AOR, but I think We might cannot receive PPR before the end of this year.
