My accountant messed up my tax. Will it effect my PR application?

Hi guys, I just got a letter from Canada CRA saying one of my T4 slips was missing and gave me nearly $500 penalties...It turns out my accountant forgot my T4A, which is only a $2500 income. My PR application is in process. Do you think this is bad for my application? My accountant has already written a letter to CRA. But it's gonna take 10-12weeks to let them respond. So....
