I am filling put my EE applciation and the question about claiming points for employment seems to be confusing.

It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B).

I have had 3 jobs in the last 10 years (3 different NOCs, similar industry but different roles). All three meet the Type 0 Level A requirement. But none of them is greater then 2 years. So I have a total experience of around 6 years. All three employers can provide reference letters. But they were not in ONE OCCUPATION.

Job A: 2.25 years Level 0 (Banking profession)
gap of 3 years
Job B: 2.5 years Level A (teaching finance in university)
Job C: 1.5 years Level A (business finance consultant)

What should I state in this section and how much experience should I claim?

Thanks in advance

The one occupation part is only valid for your Eligibility for Express Entry. While calculating your FSW score (67/100), you can only use the experience gained in 1 NOC code, which will be your primary NOC.

For your CRS score, you can add all your work experience together.

Lets assume you choose Level 0 (Banking Profession) as your Primary NOC, then you will get FSW points only for 2.25 years but for CRS score, you can claim points for 6 years in total (however, CRS scores max out at 3+ years).

Thanks Maverick. Exactly what I was looking for. I ll update my primary NOC to Job A to get more points for FSW.
