Multiple police certificates?

Hello,

I will be getting a police certificate from my country of citizenship but I have also studied abroad for my Bachelor's and Masters (USA and UK respectively). Since I've been in those countries for more than 6 consecutive months, does that mean I need to apply for police certificates from those countries as well?

Another related question, I've seen people talk about a state police certificate but the CIC website didn't mention anything about this.

Is applying for the FBI PCC enough or should I also be applying for the state police certificate as well?

It's only on FBI PC which is for the whole USA.

You can obtain the UK PCC in minimum 5 working days.
You need to pay 80 GBP for Premium Service and additional 45 GBP for International Courier i.e. total of 125 GBP
You do not need to obtain fingerprints for UK PCC.
But you need an Endorser who is above the age of 18 years and is not related to you in anyway.
Also, you need to mention the address in UK where you resided. ( no proof required)
You only need to provide two documents as an address proof at the address where you want the PCC to be delivered.

I applied for it online on 20th July Monday afternoon and received it on Friday 24th July afternoon by courier in India.

It's pretty easy. Just that it is a bit expensive. Just type "ACRO" in google to find their online website link.
