I am a work permit holder inside Canada and planning to apply for spousal open work permit for my wife.
I recently read about open work permit for +18 years old dependent under new rule.

Can I apply for two open work permits both for my wife and my daughter?

How old is your daughter? When does work permit expire? What are long term plans? You can try and see if successful. Show that they have the funds to settle.
