Multiple Name

Hello Friends,

My spouse is known by Ranjit Kaur and Ranjit Kaur Ahuja. Ahuja being optional to use. She has used the name Ranjit Kaur Ahuja only once in her previous employment. There is no legal name change document.

What is the best course of action for this scenario? If anybody has LOE for this situation, please post the sample.

If Ahuja is mentioned in any documents whereas others dont have it, you need an affidavit to state that the name is one and the same. If there is no Ahuja anywhere then dont bother adding it again.
