Hi

Doesn anyone know If I take multiple ielts tests,

I can choose any one I want for immigration?

Or does the last test taken count?

Yes - you can take multiple test. Yes - you can chose any one you want for immigration. However you cannot combine the results from more than one test.

You can take IELTS more than once - but results cannot be combined. They'll need to come from the same test

Hi Scylla,

Are you sure that in spite of having multiple valid IELTS scores, CIC will not consider the latest one by default rather the candidate can direct which TRF to consider for the application? I vaguely remember that CIC will consider only the latest IELTS score, not sure though. Do we have any real world instances?

NO - as long as it's not expired - it doesn't matter which one you decide to submit
