Multiple IELTS exam - Can i use best of my valid IELTS exams for express entry?

I have taken multiple IETLS exams in the past two months, can I use the best of all the IELTS tests I have taken in the past two months for my express entry application or can I only use the latest report?

You can use the best result but you cannot combine test results. You have to use one single test result.

Read about the 4 modules. Try solving practise papers to judge your comfortability with the test.

If english is your 1st language or if you have learned english in school and use it daily you should be fine. But I'd recommend practicing all General exam throughly before attempting.
