Multiple express entry profiles (One with Spouse as Primary and me as Secondary & other with me as primary and my spouse as secondary)

Hi,

Can my spouse and I apply for Canadian express entry twice at the same time (one with her as primary applicant and me as secondary and other with me as the primary and spouse as secondary)

My situation is my spouse have good chances in getting selected in express entry since her points are 472 but my chances are good in PNP(Alberta and SINP) as I have 9+ experience in IT and my points are 385.

Yes. You can do that since each profile will have a different primary applicant.
