i got multiple entry visitor visa for 1 year?am i eligible to work in this period?also can i extend my stay as a visitor? also can i apply for pR?

No - you are not eligible to work. It is illegal to work in Canada on a visitor visa. You need a work permit in order to be able to work in Canada.

Yes - you can apply to extend your stay as a visitor. There is no guarantee that extension application will be approved.

A visitor visa doesn't qualify you for PR. Whether you qualify to apply for PR or not depends on whether you meet the requirements of one of Canada's immigration programs. Having a visitor visa has no impact on this.

Visitor clearly states its conditions and are not issued to work , Secondly you can come to canada as a visitor and try search for an employer who is willing to go through the LMIA process if you get approved for positive LMIA then you might change your status to worker and about PR try to find out if you are eligible under Canada's immigration programmes for PR by providing your previous education,work history etc...
As scylla said there is no guarantee of approvals that you apply for extensions or status change....
