Multiple entry visa on OLD Passport

Hello!
I've been trying to find out if my wife (Chinese citizen) can travel to Canada with her old passport that still has a valid multiple entry visa (expires on Feb 18th 2018). She would also have a new passport.

she will need to carry both passports. standard procedure if she has valid visas on old passports.
