My mother has got a multi-entry visa and is here on a visit for 6 months. She arrived into Canada on 2nd July,2013 and has her return ticket booked for the 1st January,2014, understand that anyone staying on an multi-entry visa can stay for a period of 6 months at one time, wanted to clarify that her stay will be calculated based on the number of months starting from 2nd July,2013 and not days as its done for travel insurance, since we do not want her to end in a situation that she has over stayed.
