Multiple EE profiles in PNP

Dear All,

I have two questions:


1. Can an applicant after they have created an EE profile on CIC, create multiple profiles on different provinces to increase the chance of being selected?

2. How the job offer works for regulated jobs like for physicians or nurses? It seems impossible for them.

Why? you can easily select multiple provinces on a profile!
